In 2012, the company changed its name to Karoun eamen Taksa Khuzestan Industrial Complex and continued its activities as a private joint-stock company.

With a wide range of machinery, equipment, and over 32 trained and experienced technical staff on fixed and part-time contracts, as well as consultancy services, this company is capable of executing various industrial operations, including design, reverse engineering, and production based on samples, adhering to the latest standards.
Workshop Facilities:
- Workshop 1: 2600 sqm, equipped with two overhead cranes of 12.5 and 25 tons capacity.
- Workshop 2: 2800 sqm, equipped with two overhead cranes of 12.5 and 40 tons capacity.
